From the beginning of education, elements that deeply support the future skills of the student should be created. A good mother tongue education, good writing, upright posture, learning to listen, being careful not to disturb anyone while doing a job, coming to the work area completely, being clean and not being late. I think that there is no need for a person who has been brought up with such characteristics to worry about work in the future. A person who has been trained in this way will definitely reach his own dignity in a suitable work area throughout his life. A profession that he added to himself over time will feed on these riches and he will become a respected person wherever he is called. The elegance of man in a society will exalt him as much as the richness of his virtues. Knowing how to behave is the most important need of a person. Eğitimin başlangıç aşamasından itibaren öğrencinin gelecek becerilerini derinden destekleyen ögelerin oluşturulması gerekir. İyi bir ana dili eğitimi, güzel yazım, dik duruş, dinlemeyi öğrenmiş olmak, bir işi yaparken kimseyi rahatsız etmemeye özen göstermek, çalışma alanınına eksiksiz gelmiş olmak, temiz olmak ve geç kalmamak. Bu türde özelliklerle yetiştirilmiş bir insanın gelecekte iş endişesi yaşamasına bir gerek de yoktur bence. Böyle yetiştirilmiş bir insan hayatı boyunca kendi saygınlığına uygun bir çalışma alanında mutlaka ulaşacaktır.
