About unhealthy eating habit


Like the many of habits, Eating habits we carry on are supposed to be the most important one. Some habits can be very suitable for our health. A good habit always leads us to have a better life, and one of the most important habit is surely proper eating way.

Unlike the other habits, having healthy meals and foods can affect our both body and mental health. Our body needs many of foods to intake healthy and on time. There are many reasons to have problems resulting in diabetes, heart disease, hypertension or such as a kidney failure. We are responsible for our health and most of the time we don’t care about health as we take care of business as we do.

The other cause of an irregular eating habit is that people get stressed very easily they become more vulnerable to some of diseases like obesity or anorexia vice versa. Because, being slim has very big difference than being weak. Especially among adults and even teenagers who envy some famous people are trying to seem like them without noticing how dangerous problem can cause for their health.

Eventually, bad eating habit cause the both obesity or anorexia for each human life. However, our body always looks for itself to intake many kind of food in balance, and we don’t respect our body function well.
